Improving Cooperation between EU Member States in Confiscation Procedures

Edoardo Bandiera was born in Ferrara in 1990. He studied law at the University of Ferrara (Italy) where he graduated in 2014 with a thesis in criminal procedural law, in pre-trial detention and presumptions in the precautionary system. From November 2014 until April 2015 he held the Court’s traineeship at the Tribunale di Ferrara (Tirocinio presso gli Uffici giudiziari). In the same period of time he did legal apprenticeship. Since the 1st November of 2017 he is a Phd student in European Union Law and national legal systems at the University of Ferrara.
